Sporlan Catch-All® replaceable cores provide contaminant control in HVAC&R systems: moisture, acids, and solid debris are captured to protect system life, efficiency, and capacity. Each core is a solid filter block molded from desiccant granules bonded in block form, fitting into flanged steel Catch-All shells (C-480 through C-19200 series and larger) and Replaceable Suction Filter (RSF) shells.
The flagship RC-4864 standard activated core carries 48 cubic inches of desiccant with 64 square inches of filter area in a 5.5-inch length — the industry-standard core suitable for most liquid or suction line installations. The replaceable-core architecture is what makes Catch-All the service engineer's choice: after a burnout or during commissioning clean-up, cores are swapped in minutes without cutting the shell out of the line.
