Danfoss
Danfoss is the backbone of our catalogue: RT and KPS pressure switches and thermostats, KVP, KVL, KVC and CPCE regulators, GBC ball valves, ICS and ICLX servo valves from the ICV Flexline platform, T2 and TE2 expansion valves, TEA and TEAT valves for ammonia, DML filter driers, SGI and SGN sight glasses, ETS electric expansion valves and BPHE brazed plate heat exchangers. We have supplied Danfoss components from Mumbai since 1988.
Sporlan
Sporlan thermostatic expansion valves in the HVE, MVE, VVE and FBVE body types, the Type 180 solenoid pilot control for positive liquid line shut-off, and Catch-All replaceable cores including the RC-4864 and the RC-4864-HH activated charcoal core for burnout clean-up. Stocked in Mumbai for R-22 and R-407 group duties.
Emerson
Emerson T-Series large-capacity, balanced-port, take-apart thermostatic expansion valves in the TER, TIR and THR frames, covering roughly 22 to 85 tons on R-22 by cage selection. Supplied with the cage kit matched to your duty and refrigerant.
Honeywell
Honeywell WFS-6000 paddle-type water flow switches for chilled water and condenser water lines, 1 inch BSP threaded for in-line tee mounting, with paddle segments trimmable to cover 1 inch to 6 inch pipe. Held in Mumbai stock.
Henry
Henry V-Series and VS-Series vibration eliminators, which absorb compressor-induced vibration in suction and discharge lines and protect pipework and joints. Stainless corrugated hose with stainless braid, copper ends on the V-Series and all-stainless TIG construction on the VS-Series. State the line outside diameter when you enquire.
Wika
Wika instrumentation: Model 213.53 industrial bourdon tube pressure gauges built for vibration and pulsation duty in 63 mm and 100 mm dial sizes, and Model A52 bimetallic dial thermometers to EN 13190 in the standard HVAC scale ranges. Both held in Mumbai.
Suniso
Suniso SL-series fully synthetic polyolester refrigeration oils, in SL-32S, SL-68S and SL-220S, matched to HFC compressor duties by ISO viscosity grade. The established choice where the compressor manufacturer specifies a POE lubricant.
Emkarate
Emkarate RL polyolester compressor lubricants in ISO VG 32, 68, 100 and 170, supplied as RL 32H, RL 68H, RL 100H and RL 170H. These are the reference oils for HFC refrigeration and air-conditioning compressors across most OEM charge specifications.
Solest
Solest 120, the CPI Fluid Engineering ISO VG 120 polyolester lubricant used in commercial and industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning compressors where a heavier POE grade is specified.
Mafron
Mafron refrigerant gases to AHRI 700 purity: R-22, R-134a, R-404A, R-407C and R-410A, guaranteed at a minimum 99.5 percent purity by weight. Supplied from Mumbai for retrofit and top-up duty across the large installed base still running in India.
