Danfoss ICS Series

Danfoss ICS valves are pilot-operated servo valves from the ICV Flexline™ platform, built around three components: valve body, function module, and top cover. By fitting different pilot valves (screwed directly into the valve head or installed in an external pilot line), one ICS valve platform delivers pressure regulation, temperature regulation, or on/off operation — on the high- and low-pressure sides, in wet and dry suction lines, and in liquid lines without phase change.

The modular concept is a genuine inventory advantage for industrial plants: all standard pilots fit all ICS sizes, function modules and top covers combine freely across bodies, and the servo function can be exchanged for an ICM motor module on the same housing. The special regulating cone V-port design allows higher temperature setpoints and better COP, contributing to energy savings.
