The Type M sits in the medium-to-large capacity band of Sporlan's classic valve line-up, bridging the compact bodies and the large flanged H/V/W types, and remains widely specified in the replacement market for R-22 commercial and industrial plants.
As across the Sporlan TEV range, the MVE regulates liquid injection by evaporator superheat, with the signature Sporlan construction: large flat diaphragm, field-replaceable element, tight pin-and-port seating, and external superheat adjustment.
